Please allow 3-5 business days for your items to ship you make your purchase. If you purchased a custom product and prints over 13"x19", production and shipping times may vary. Please see product description for details on when your item will ship.
All custom orders are final sale.

Please ensure your billing and shipping information is accurate prior to checking out. Items that are returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will incur an additional fee to re-ship.

All orders ship from our flagship store in Annapolis, Maryland and typically take 2-5 days to deliver depending on shipping address.

Want to pick up in our store?
We also offer in-store pickup on orders placed on our website. Please select 'In-Store Pickup' instead of selecting a shipping method. We will send you an email notifiying you when your order is ready for pickup.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method. You must have your receipt if purchase was made in-store or your order number for purchases made online.

In-store purchases must be returned in-store.
Online purchases can be returned in-store or by emailing support@kimhovell.com and including your name, address and order number to request a return authorization.

Please keep record of the tracking information for your return. After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and we will refund your original form of payment. We do not offer exchanges.

Anything marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for a return or refund.
